3.2 Exclusions
Services not explicitly mentioned in the package details are not included. These may include:
- Personal expenses (e.g., shopping, minibar, room service).
- Travel insurance.
- Visa processing fees (if applicable).
- Additional activities or excursions not part of the package.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Cancellation by the Customer
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.
- Cancellation charges apply as follows:
- 30 days or more before the trip: 10% of the total package cost.
- 15-29 days before the trip: 25% of the total package cost.
- Less than 15 days before the trip: 50% of the total package cost.
- No-shows: 100% of the total package cost.
4.2 Cancellation by Burhani Holidays
- Burhani Holidays reserves the right to cancel bookings in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative package will be offered.
5. Amendments to Bookings
Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Requests for amendments must be made in writing.
6. Travel Documents
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents. Burhani Holidays is not responsible for any delays or cancellations due to missing or invalid documents.

7.1 Limitation of Liability
- Burhani Holidays acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers (hotels, transport companies, etc.). We are not liable for any:
- Delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third-party providers.
- Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
- Accidents, injuries, or illnesses during the trip.
7.2 Force Majeure
- Burhani Holidays is not liable for any disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.
8. Travel Insurance
Customers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
9. Code of Conduct
Customers are expected to behave respectfully toward other travelers and service providers. Burhani Holidays reserves the right to terminate services for customers engaging in unlawful or disruptive behavior.
